Area Service Manager
Experience:
5-9 Years experience in automobiles industry handling after sales service (Two-Wheelers / Four Wheelers)
Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic professional for the role of area sales manager with between 5 to 9 years of prior relevant work experience in the automotive industry to join our team.An area service manager acts as the main overseer of operations for their assigned area. you shall be reporting to the management.
This position is based out of factory location (Sangareddy) – On-site
Skills & Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Previous service and management experience will be advantageous.
- Strong industry knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Computer literacy and good organizational skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and handle stress.
- Oversee and guide all activities of the Service team.
- Coordinate SLA creations and promote extended warranty . (through Interaction with the business team).
- Ensure the team follows best practices and maintain service level agreements.
- Monitors department issues and client complaints.
- Develop problem management and service improvement plans.
- Ensure customer/business, client, support, technical parties are represented in the definition and evolution of services.
- Offer customer service.
- Maintain customer relationships.
