Located about 7 km from Sangareddy, this reservoir is an ideal short outing from town.  It features an environmental education centre and even a crocodile-breeding pond — a fun surprise for kids or wildlife enthusiasts. The wide water body gives you a relaxing view and you can perhaps walk around or find vantage points for photography. Since it’s close to town, it’s accessible even for a few hours’ break. Early morning or around sunset can be especially scenic when the water reflects the sky. Again, amenities may be minimal—so plan accordingly with water and shade.
